Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Department/Team
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Prepare and maintain accurate records and files
Assist with various office tasks and projects
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
