The Firm was founded by ESV. GERRY IKPUTU, who is the Principal Partner. He is an indigene of Odi Town in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. He is a registered Estate Surveyor & Valuer and also a practicing member of the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators in Nigeria, A Fellow of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers, Nigeria (FCIAN), a member of the International Real Estate Federation (MFIABCI), a member of the African Real Estate Society (AFRES), and a member of Internal Right of Way Assciation [IRWA].

The organization is set-up in such a way that it is always available to mobilize all its resources to execute any job quickly and efficiently to the highest possible ethical professional standard

The Firm’s Structure

The firm is divided into the following four main departments:

Valuation Department

The Valuation Department is responsible for carrying out all types of valuation on property including acquisition and compensation, plant and machinery, rating, valuations, oil spillage, agriculture, balance sheet, merger or takeover, mortgage, fire insurance, disposals or any other purpose.

We also handle compulsory acquisition claims which includes enumeration of crops/structures and assessment of compensation payable there from whether for claimants affected or on behalf of acquiring authorities. (Please see table showing jobs handled in recent times).

Management (Property and Facilities) Department

The Management Department is responsible for managing the facilities be it commercial, residential and industrial properties under our portfolio. The department is also involved in Asset / Inventory Management where we help clients collate all their assets into a data base. We ensure assets (buildings, office equipments, plant & machinery, motor vehicles and furniture) are properly coded/numbered. We also supervise and arrange for repairs and redecoration of buildings that we manage. The firm currently manages single dwelling houses, shops, residential estates, multi-occupied office complex and industrial estate for a variety of clients.

Agency Department

The Agency Department is responsible for sales or purchase, letting of all types of commercial, residential and industrial properties including land. In Nigeria’s highly volatile property market, whether urban or rural centers, expert advice is essential to ensure that the best terms are obtained for property transactions and sales and letting are properly completed from both the financial and legal point of view. By means of our network, we are able to give immediate advice on how a property should be marketed and at what price or rent anywhere in Nigeria.

Development Department

Our Development Department provides full Project Management advice including initial feasibility study, finance procurement, site acquisition, co-ordination of construction and letting or disposal of completed development in conjunction with Agency Department.
