The firm seeks to provide a comprehensive consultancy and marketing service. For all types of urban and rural real Estate services throughout Nigeria and the Commonwealth.

It currently has offices in Port Harcourt, Abuja and Yenagoa. The firm is duly registered with The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) with membership Number M2104. Gerry Ikputu & Partners is equally a member of; The Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) correspondingly with membership number A2091. And is Licensed to practice Estate Surveying and Valuation throughout the federation of Nigeria.
